Frank Earnest Tremayne was born on 6 February 1878, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. He married Florence Belle Leavitt on 7 April 1900, in Albion, Idaho. They were the parents of at least 1 daughter. He died on 31 March 1925, in Albion, Idaho at the age of 47, and was buried in Albion.
